Drag/Drop Operations  (Top)

Ferret32 has button define and file define Drag/Drop operations.

The two examples on this page shows these two Drag/Drop operations:

The first of these sets the Target file to the filename from the Search File Name Box. This is accomplished by right clicking over the Sourcefile. The mouse Icon changes to a Document shape. Now while holding the right mouse button depressed drag the document icon over to the Target File name box and release.

File Button Drag Drop New Define


The second example of Drag Drop is used to define file buttons. This is accomplished by right clicking over the Source file. The mouse Icon changes to a Document shape. Now while holding the right mouse button depressed, drag the document icon over to the Button you wish to define as a shortcut to this filename and release. The file must exist (and you must have access rights to it) for this to be successful.

Store Right Click Mouse information as necessary and Hit OK as shown below.
