Remember where you saved this program. Upon the completion of the download, use Explorer to locate then double click on the program executable (.exe) to unzip the SETUP files. Use Exployer (Short cut: Windows key + E) and simply double click on the ferxxxxx.exe file. The file will self extract and will want to put these files in c:\temp directory. Allow it to do so.
